The Process
1. Contract
Once you select the right packages for you, we'll send an email that links to our contract which you can sign electronically.
2. Reservation
After the contract is signed, you'll be redirected to a payment options page for the retainer fee. Once the retainer fee is paid, your date is officially reserved for service.
3. Planning
Your music & timeline planning form is available to you immediately after signing the contract. Now you can show us exactly what you're envisioning.
4. Balance
The balance payment will become due one month before the wedding day, and we'll send friendly reminders the weeks leading up to the due date.
5. Finalize
One month before the wedding is the time when you'll run through the details with DJ Mike and begin finalizing the music planning process.
6. Event
We'll show up early for set-up and soundcheck, meet with your coordinator & vendors, help with finishing touches, and will be your hype-man and advocate.
